Photography Local Offer

One of my hobbies is photography, and you certainly get plenty of opportunities to utilize a camera in Real Estate. Here’s a flyer I usually distribute once a year around this time (or later as the heading on this one demonstrates) . Spring time is usually everyones favourite time of year to get “that” shot with some glorious colour and heaps of greenery.Springtime Photo Offer Flyer

However not everyone out there in NZ decides to place their home on the market at this time. Therefore you should not discount the advantages, long before the listing time, of shots taken at other times of the year.

This is particularly so when it comes to “the sun streams into the dining area / conservatory / rear deck at ….<<time of year>>” category type of comments.

So even if you don’t take the photo yourself, get your potential vendor to do themselves a service – get them to take a photo on the shortest day to show exactly where that sun does shine.

Another on the longest day at the end of the evening to show when the last light leaves the deck, or the last rays from the sun hit the pool would be other good ideas too.

Lastly if you only have the sun streaming into your master bedroom at certain times of the year, then a photo of same does wonders to prove that a buyer could imagine themselves waking up to breakfast in bed on a “lazy Sunday morning.”
