    It’s important to have a sense of humour – I hope you can laugh at this image of real estate agents business cards posted on the Unconditional blog back in April of this year.

    I think that that kind of description is great. The potential buyer knows what they are going to find and it gives a much better description than the usual Kiwi ‘renovate or detonate’.
