Its a well known fact that often in the heat of a Real Estate auction, when you have the two most committed buyers going hammer ‘n tongs, that those same buyers emotions will definitely affect the outcome of the auction.
When asking the buyers what happened afterwards, they will almost always state “I had a top figure in mind”, and “my bidding”….well it was a logically thought out process. (?)

This auction method, that McDonalds Real Estate in Melbourne use, would certainly be high on that “interactive” list, and I haven’t heard of it being trialled in NZ yet?
