Those local Nelson boys with their Draganfly X6 UAV helicopters have done it again.
With so much talk lately about augmenting reality, it’s great to see a local business being so creative.
Once the helicopters have completed their 360 aerial panoramic photo shoot of a Nelson property, then, like in the case of this new subdivision near Richmond, they go “back to school” like and “literally” paint colour by numbers.
It works like this, by viewing a new subdivision with your mouse, you can quickly select which section might be ideal for you to investigate further.
Simply by moving your mouse over the area, you will see the approximate boundaries live on screen, plus an info box that pops up to the right.
In this example, the screen will tell you one of three things, One ~ in the case of the RED coloured squares means its gone, secondly Yellow means its under contract.
Lastly if its blue, then its available, and you can see the size and price in the info box.
Simply, quick and visually informative.
They say the KISS theory is always best, and this time Nelson based Aerial Imaging have proved it is definitely so.
