The next one, actually its before you get the bond, I’ve been told many a Landlord would do themselves a very good justice to, after the application interview, pop back out with the prospect to their car, to say goodbye. Ulterior motive – check out the back seat and see what it looks like, if its a shambles thats a pretty good T-90 days to how the inside of your rental property may look.
Then again on the other hand, you could just look into the front of their car, and if it looked like this, then……well, you could make your own mind up.
