Nelson Home Sales April 2009 – Preview
Preliminary data seems to suggest although the median price was lower, the volume/number of homes sold (not counting residential sections) in April 2009 was up approx. 20% over the corresponding period in April 2008.
The full & final figures will be released next week from REINZ (Real Estate Institute of NZ.)
