Great Psychology used for Real Estate “like” sign
Yes it was raining, no I didn’t wind the window down, yes I was in the drivers seat.
BUT I had just pulled to a stop at the lights and just had to get a shot of this sign depicting some creative psychology par excellence.
Someone with some copywriting / word pattern / psychology certainly had contributed to this one.
No 1 the style and type of sign, sign mount were exactly the same that a Real Estate agent would use to attract buyers / visitors to one of their Open Homes.
No 2 the first few highly visible, from a distance at least, words say “Executive Level……” along with the word “home” two lines down (the word EXIT at the top also helps to conture up address directions) and as such certainly do encourage the reader interested in real estate topics to read further.
No 3 it was placed out on a main intersection corner on a Wednesday, thereby standing out much more prominently than it would have on a Sat / Sun.
No 4, and the finale, is the last line. Bit hard to read but it says “Don’t believe? Don’t call.”
Just loved it.
