Interested in finding out more about being involved in selling NZ Real Estate?
Or are you in Real Estate in Australia already, and feel the time is right to re-cross the ditch and come home?
To help you, the Real Estate Agents Licensing Board has recently launched a brand new website to assist. Its there to for Kiwis to investigate and make some preliminary steps to a career in Real Estate. However one other thing that’s in there too, is info on the TTR Act 1976.
It will explain the Trans Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1976, in which there are ways to have your Australian qualifications recognised here in NZ. There is information about it here, and also more over here at the Real Estate Institutes main site. According to the stats data here, it would seem about 30+ are taking advantage of the Act each month.
One might notice that from late last year there is a special note in reference to NSW gained certificates. Those in the industry are aware of why this is so.
So if you’d like to find out more about working in NZ Real Estate, head on over to the new website, HERE.
Are you in the media? ……then you’ll find great supportive data over here about numbers employed in NZ Real Estate, along with numbers taking advantage of the TTR Act, and numbers of Real Estate salespeople renewing, number unemployed, and mostly everything is updated monthly.
