Wonder how long before this gets tried in NZ?

They say, and so do I that “you only get one chance to make a first impression.”

If you’re a bank, in this case as the headline alludes, overseas in the US and you have some home owners who have either, just given up on home maintenance completely, or as I’ve talked about before in certain states, like California, just decided to walk into the bank and give you back the keys, you’ve got a problem.

Often there’s a time lag between when this happens and the property is finally ready to sell.

Over that time one of the first things to usually go is that much admired beautifully inviting green grass on the front lawn.

What to do, well pick up the phone and call someone like Nick Terlouw. Nick launched “Greener Grass Co.” earlier this year. Nick will come to the property and spray that brown dead lawn with a deep green, water-based dye. End result in a reasonably short time is that Nick has transformed that front yard now into an inviting place, so green that it almost appears like a golf course or bowling green.

I believe this story was published earlier in the year but as I’d only heard about it today, I thought there might be some others who were in the same boat. I guess everythings fine as long as it doesn’t rain straightaway.
