With over 400,000 unique visitors a month, Realestate.co.nz is the perfect place for salespeople to promote themselves as the local agent for their community.
Starting from as little as $25 per month, salespeople can feature themselves on Realestate.co.nz under the individual suburbs that they work in. Hundreds of salespeople around the country have taken advantage of this opportunity to raise their online profile and attract the attention of potential vendors in their local area.
There are just three featured agent opportunities per suburb and these are sold on a first come, first serve basis. You can book up to 3 months in advance and we have made it as simple as possible to book – all you need is a credit card.
There are three tiers of pricing for suburbs, based on demand and interest from buyers - Gold suburbs cost $150 per month; Silver cost $75 per month and the majority of suburbs are in the Bronze category, costing only $25 per month. All prices are inclusive of GST.
Signing up couldn’t be easier. All you have to do is register on our Agent Pro website, using your REINZ/REAA number (or your unique company code in the case of Barfoot & Thompson and LJ Hooker salespeople). You will then receive a confirmation email containing your login details. If you do not receive the email or have any problem registering, just give us a call on 0800 732 536 or email us and we will be able to get you set up.
Once you have logged in, use the drop down options to select the suburb you are interested in buying. You will then be able to see which months are available and how much it will cost. Add your selected suburbs to your “shopping cart” and proceed to the checkout to complete your purchase.
Extra Exposure on Email Alerts!
We have added extra value to Feature Agent advertising, without raising the price. Now, in addition to having your photo and contact details displayed on the Realestate.co.nz website in your suburb, your details will also be displayed on email alerts to active buyers and sellers in your area. There are three Featured Agent ads per email alert and your details are displayed on alerts for the suburbs you have booked.

At this very moment someone may be Googling your name – checking out your details before they meet you next week for an appraisal you organised – you need to be on their shortlist and you want to make sure that what they read about you is the best representation of your skills and experience.
On the Agent Pro site, we provide you with the opportunity to add a free personal profile to Realestate.co.nz. Whether or not you are thinking of using our featured agent service, you should still register and update this profile page. We have added a link to your profile page from all of your listing on our site, so it’s the perfect way to highlight your skills and your point of difference.
