An office subscription includes:

- Ability to upload unlimited photos to your listings and link to videos
- Access to the Realestate.co.nz private site, allowing you to have full control of your listings
- Ability to upgrade your listings and increase exposure with our premium advertising options
- Access to Agent Pro, where salespeople have the ability to purchase advertising space under individual suburbs on the site and to add a free personal profile.
Subscribing to Realestate.co.nz
Subscription to realestate.co.nz is open to all licensed real estate offices in NZ as defined under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008. The basis of the subscription to the realestate.co.nz website is a monthly fee per office. Each office that subscribes pays this fee regardless of location. If a company owns a number of offices either as branch offices or satellite offices then each office must pay a separate subscription. The principle for this is that as an industry owned website, the company seeks to ensure that all offices pay equitably for the service at a fixed and transparent rate that is cost competitive.
The subscription fee for access to all of the websites provided to a customer (realestate.co.nz, primecommercial.co.nz, primebusiness.co.nz and nzfarms.co.nz) is based on the size of an office in terms of the number of active salespeople.
A large office is defined as having 6 or more active salespeople who have had listings displayed under their name on the websites on average over the preceding 3 months to the month that the invoice is generated. A large office is charged a monthly subscription of $300 (+ GST) per month.
A small office is defined as having 5 or less active salespeople who have had listings displayed under their name on the websites on average over the preceding 3 months to the month that the invoice is generated. A small office is charged a monthly subscription of $225 (+ GST) per month.
Full subscription entitles the Subscriber to subscribe to the website for the relevant period regardless of the number of listings.
As of 1 April 2011, Realestate.co.nz offers a subscription rebate to subscribing offices based on their advertising spend. Each month, for every dollar of vendor paid marketing sold to vendors for premium product advertising on the Realestate.co.nz websites, we will rebate that back on a dollar-for-dollar basis, up to – but not exceeding – the subscription charge for that month. This effectively means the company could take advantage of a free subscription to Realestate.co.nz.

A service of casual listings is available as an alternative to a monthly or an annual subscription. This service is charged at the following rates:
Property for Sale = $64+gst per listing
Property for Lease = $64+gst per listing
Property for Rent = $29+gst per listing
Business for Sale = $39+gst per listing
The individual listing is displayed for as long as the listing is active (subject to realestate.co.nz’s rights of termination in the Subscription Agreement).
If an offices chooses to transfer from full subscription to casual listing each listing active at the time of the transfer must be established as an individual Casual Listing.
