Once October is over there are just seven effective selling weeks left in the year before Christmas!
But don’t panic – most of our homes are selling within the first three weeks of listing for sale so we can have you sold during November and at this time of year it is usually possible to request from your purchaser a late January or February possession date which may be helpful if you need to find an alternative home.
On the other hand if you are looking to move out before Christmas we also have plenty of buyers who want to enjoy the festive season in their new home.
To get your home ready for sale we usually have our professional photographer through on Tuesday, all marketing material, websites, email to database launched on Thursday with the for sale sign up on Friday and first open homes on the Saturday and Sunday.
