The Tenancy page contains all the information you could possibly need to know whether you are a landlord or a tenant and you can upload forms and look up Market Rents in your area. No more guessing what rental a property will achieve as it is all here – the last six months rental figures are available based on bonds lodged with Tenancy Services.
All the latest information on the Building Act, Energy Efficiency, Licensing etc, etc – it’s all here on this one easy site. The FAQ Frequently Asked Questions page is also very informative.
This website is well worth book marking as one of your favourites as it will be one that you will want to refer back to time and time again.
