Multiple Buyers on This Weeks Auctions
This week Walker Realty had two onsite auctions. Both had multiple bidders wanting to buy. Number 24 Churchill Crescent saw three bidders placing in excess of 10 bids before the property sold for $169,000 (RV $170,000 Sept 2008). Purchased by an investor, the property returns 7.83% (gross income over cost of asset).
Number 36 Adair Street had two bidders place 9 bids before it sold for $254,000 (RV $250,000 Sept 2008). The buyers were purchasing for a family member as a first home.
Previous auctions: 89 Salisbury Road sold one week after auction. 3 Hinaki Street and 59 Endcliffe Road both sold under the hammer.
