I offer a wealth of knowledge of our regions property market having managed the Matarangi Beach Estates development for over 12 years, then heavily involved with the development and management of Whitianga’s amazing Waterways project for Hopper Developments.
I bring to Bayleys this in-depth knowledge plus I have always taken a keen interest in the development of our region and I can assist you with all on offer in Mercury Bay.
Married to Jill with 3 delightful daughters: Sarah, Emerald and Kate. We shifted to Kuaotunu from Auckland in 1983 looking for a rural environment to bring up our family. After all these years we now consider ourselves as locals making the most of all this amazing region has to offer. My latest passion is bike riding. This activity has opened up a whole new perspective of living on the Coromandel. We have some amazing off-the-beaten-track locations to explore by mountain bike. My latest challenge is the K1 Cycle Adventure around the Peninsula. During this time I have become heavily involved in the community having served on the local Community Board for 9 years, ex-chairman of the Kuaotunu Rate payers association, Destination Mercury Bay and also represented the Coromandel Peninsula on the Automobile Association BOP Board for over 15 years. For those just wishing to find someone looking to witness their documents, I can also assist as part of my Justice of the Peace duties.
