Weekly Newsletter - 26th June 2011 Well, Jill and myself had a great few days in Cambridge. Its a lovely part of New Zealand however we did miss not being near the sea. Cycling around the area was great as it’s mainly flat, not as challenging as the Coromandel but still a great way to see the country side. They have a great cycling track from Cambridge to Lake Karapiro which would be great place to safely take the family for a ride.
Typical when you take a break things get real busy and you spend the week trying to catch up, hence the lateness of the newsletter. The market I feel has started to pick up even though we are in winter mode which is traditionally quieter on the peninsula. I have been inundated with enquiries on the shops in Tairua, apartments in general and some farms that I’m currently working on. Most of the enquiries come down to investments or sharply priced property.
John Hunt and I have just listed a property in Tairua right on the harbours edge. A deceased estate having been in the same family for over 50 years this property is huge. 1596 m2 enjoying a large frontage to the harbour. Click here to check out.

Had to go over to Tairua on Saturday….know that road quite well by now. Decided to bike home as it’s a great ride. Luckily Kate (my youngest) was on the bus from Auckland so she took over the car and Chris and myself were MAMIL’s getting fit. Nice way to finish a day.
