We opened our first office in Hamilton in 1969. Since then we have established ourselves as Hamilton’s real estate industry leader. The Lodge group is now comprised of four specialty businesses focusing on residential sales, residential property management, rural sales and commercial sales and leasing.
One of our Directors David Couch joined the company shortly after its inception and has been instrumental in our success over the last four decades. Today, David is involved in the company’s strategic direction. Our Managing Director is Jeremy O’Rourke. Jeremy and a group of senior managers look after the day to day running of the business.

Our business philosophy is aimed squarely at being number one through excellence. This commitment to service excellence has been formally recognised by the REINZ, the industry professional body. Each year a host of our sales team and property managers are awarded the prestigious REINZ Waikato / BOP / Gisborne Region Award of Excellence.

To succeed as an organisation facing the challenges present in today’s business environment it is necessary to continually develop our people, refine our systems and upgrade our service standards. It is also necessary to understand that while our e-commerce and hi-tech presence grows we are a high touch business. Our attitude has always been to connect with our clients face to face where possible.

Our desire from the outset has been to have a close connection with the communities we serve. This is why we have eight offices throughout the city, so we are right in your neighbourhood. This is also why we invest in our communities with sponsorship of teams such as Hamilton Boys High School 1st XV, Frankton Athletics, Waikato Diocesan Rowing and Marist Rugby. And in events such as the Fine Homes Tour which has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for Hamilton charities. We have grown as Hamilton has grown and we are keen to help it continue to grow.
As a team we are tremendously proud of all we have achieved. As we move forward and expand we continue to be grateful of the support of our clients and service partners. However, our most important goal is to remain devoted to constantly exceeding the benchmarks we have set in the real estate industry.
