Transparency of auction wins the day…
A mere 8 days on the market is not too bad, especially for a non insured home. The auction was brought forward with an acceptable pre-auction offer and sold for additional $97,000 above that figure in what could be described as an emotive bidding war. With just 24 hours to pull together sufficient funds and complete adequate due diligence, it is amazing what can be done when there is a hint of a bargain.
Comprehensive property information on hand…
Those participating in an auction get the full benefit of full and comprehensive property information provided by the vendor free of charge. This includes a copy of the title, LIM and independent engineers report etc. All this information is readily available with auction properties and this certainly takes all the surprises out of the buying experience. In this information age this vital information is really quite empowering when it comes to purchasing so make sure those auction properties are going into the “house shopping” basket!
New to the market
71 Broadhaven Ave is a fine home and while being sold “as is” it is repairable and will make someone a very happy purchaser. Be sure to check it out at the first open home this weekend both on Sat and Sun at 3:00pm.
