In the past it has been Peter Smith or Joe Blogs, sure from XYZ real estate BUT it has been a personnel blog. A person was behind it and stood up and said this is me this is how I feel or this is the experience I had. NOW WE ARE GETTING CORPORATES SPEAKING AND TO ME IT JUST DOES NOT SOUND RIGHT.
I WON’T GO INTO GREAT DETAIL ABOUT SPEAKING IN THE FIRST PERSON ETC BY A CORPORATE, FOR TO BE HONEST I WOULD BE OUT OF MY DEPTH – BUT CAN OTHERS LET ME KNOW THERE THOUGHTS!!
Have no fear. Blogging is by its very nature, is effective in its sphere because it is a personal voice from an individual or small group of like minded individuals. The blog reading public is educated, generic type posts by faceless organisations get dismissed as bandwagoning by these readers. Stay personal, stay regular, stay informed, stay blogging.
