The best of and worst of years – sounds like the bi-line from some 70′s ABBA hit “I WISH’
THE BEST OF YEARS WERE 2001 -2002 and 2003 WHEN THE HAMILTON MARKET AVERAGED 411 – SALES IN THE MONTH OF APRIL – IN THE MIDDLE YEARS 2004 – 2007 SAW 298 SALES PER APRIL – SINCE THE GREAT ECONOMIC DOWNTURN OF LATE 2007/2008 THE AVERAGE SALES NUMBERS IN APRIL 2008 – 2010 HAS BEEN 191 FOR THE ENTIRE HAMILTON MARKET.
Thats a 56% decline in average house sales

Those best years are coming again – must admit thought just can’t pick the exact year. But rest assured they are within living memory….at least……….I think they are.
The ole supply/demand deal will get a try out over the next 2 years – even if the Oz situation features more than I want it to in my life or yrs.
But hey, big time advantage here, at least from what we posted on FACEBOOK 15 years ago, it would seem that from a boomer perspective, our “friends” have misplaced us?
Well at least my friends anyway!
And some of the other friends…..Hmmm…I can’t remember them anyway
