Steady as she GOES GREIG – The Hamilton market is unexciting at the moment, sure we have seen a level of recovery from 2008 but there is a long way to go to get back to levels of 2003 through 2006 when we saw sales in Hamilton at numbers such as 2003 (374) 2004 (364) 2005 (434) and 2006 (380).
In August just concluded the 223 house sales was the lowest for 4 months although to be fair the range of variance is just 17.
At the moment 3 weeks into spring the feeling in the air is that the market is stalled by the lack of fresh stock. Nothing new in that statement.
