		<description>What happens the level of enquiry in the net spike when print media is combuned with the net.Some  people look at the ads and then go to the net, others only search on the net.There are a number of print media packages out there now so I am working on around 40%-50% of the budget print media maximum, the rest invest into net and applications, plus it will go on a personal  web site, co, web site, scoial media and blog links for free.

I dont  like talking budget without seeing a property but you   could make $5000 go a very long way.......with a greater  reach than $10,000 campaigns a a few years ago .Its an agents job to market it, and bring people to your property,</description>

Thanks for highlighting this new app. Would like to add to your comments that the app shows on the local map all property listings - not just open homes, at this time that is over 44,000 properties in NZ! - there are more properties for sale that due to no address being displayed on the listing we cannot place on a map - great opportunity for smart agents to feature the address.

Also in case there is any confusion this is an app only for the iPhone - it is free and available on the iTunes store or by the link in your post.

For Android phone owners we will be looking to offer an Android app at some stage next year. We have started off fishing where the fish are - there being over 200,000 iPhones in NZ.
