All about Gillian
Having lived in the area for the last nine years, I have sound knowledge of Howick, Pakuranga and surrounding areas. The enjoyment I have experienced as a local resident helps me understand the great things this area has to offer, including schools, local transport and of course, lifestyle.
Prior to joining Real Estate, my background was in Sales Training and Education. In recent years I have worked with new immigrants, assisting with their language skills and total immersion in new Zealand life and culture. This has included assisting in work placements and all issues relating to settlement inlcuding purchasing homes and integration into our country. I am also in voluntary work within our local community.
I chose to go into Real Estate because of my passion for homes and as an extension of what I was able to offer others.
I am passionate about the Real Estate industry and believe my role is to help people fulfil their goals and dreams when buying or selling their property. This involves going the “extra mile”, as it is often the little things that make the biggest difference.
When I list a home, I will listen to what you are looking for and provide a tailored approach to best meet those needs.
Along with my caring and friendly attitude, I pride myself on honestly and integrity and believe in doing the best in all I do.
