  What this means is that you get, for example, professional quality photographs at no extra cost. Compare the quality of the photos on our listings with any others you choose. Think to yourself, which photos got you wanting to see more, because that is what counts.

• Making a good impression

  You have now gone to the open home and you are handed an A4 sheet, which can look grubby and creased pretty quickly especially if they get wet. At our open homes you leave with a glossy booklet with lovely pictures of the property, no matter how humble. There will also be details about the property. Most of the booklet is about your property, not ourselves or our company.

  We will keep you informed at every step of the process. You are provided with a link so that you can see for yourselves how well your property is doing on the internet.
