    Following you on Twitter. Just wanted to say I’m a huge fan of NZ and I love your country. I spent 5 months in Dunedin in 1997 and fell in love. I studied aboard in at the University of Otago. Drove all over the South Island and was able to see the majority of the North Island. I’ll return and when I do I’ll make sure to look you. Good luck selling.

    If you ever make it to the State, SC in particular make sure to look me up. Send me any clients you might have that are interested in buying real estate on Kiawah Island, the #1 golf resort on the East Coast in America.

    pls draft for me a sample letter requesting for the following information before I can make up my mind on a property that I want to purchase:

    Does the land have deep frontage on the river

    What about the terrain

    Is the land well drained

    How accessible is it by public road

    Awesome info! I was honestly just thinking about something similar to this the other day so, it was almost “weird” when I ran across this. You would be surprised how many people simply have no idea when it comes to this kind of stuff.
