    Hi Sharon – lawyers do not seem too keen on the new form! Just listed a house where the lawyer prefers the seller to use the ADLS form.

  2. Hi Ross, I’m sure you wont be alone there, accepting the inevitable takes some longer than others. Did the lawyer give a reason?

    Has there been a new agreement done for the sale of businesses as well? If not, how would properties such as FHGC motels that require both the real estate and business agreements work?

    At this stage there isn’t one for the business agreement, although I do understand that there will be in time. Until there is, in the situation such as you highlighted, I’ll be using the original forms rather than a mix and match.
