What will it be like to leave your car at home for just one day?
What will it feel like to walk the streets to the sound of your own two feet and maybe the odd bus?
22 September is World Car Free Day – all over the world motorists will leave their cars and motorbikes at home and catch the bus, train or ferry to work. Some will walk or cycle.
It’s easy to participate – use the journey planner on the Maxx website or give them a call on 09 366 6400.

I will be leaving the Vespa at home and cycling, while wearing a suit, to the Viaduct Harbour.
