If you want to get your home sold by auction before Christmas you must speak to your agent NOW. Time is running out. Most marketing campaigns take 4 weeks, (3 in a pinch) and need 10 days lead time. Really the latest you can go to your agent and say “Get me sold before Christmas” is about the 12th of November.
