I came across SimpleMind Xpress, lovely little free App on the Apple App Store.
It allows you to draw colour mind maps on your iPhone and iPad and organise, classify and study your ideas, concepts and workflows.
The results are quite impressive considering the small iPhone interface.
Here’s a little example that I created regarding the house selling process:

Your business paid for a stand at a conference, now you are trying to engage and get your mesage through to as many attendees as possible.
If you use lollies, a business card draw or a bag full of goodies you get to engage most of your visitors for a minute or two.
What if you offered an iPhone and iPad charging station?
Attendees will HAVE to stop for 5-10 minutes to get a decent charge, in that time you have them as captivated, reciprocating audience.

I don’t use the Mail App on my iPhone -for the sake of focus and productivity I rather check and responds to emails once or twice a day.
However there are many Apps that I find essential ‘on the go’:
Cardsnap – Just met someone important? Snap a photo of their business, send it to be processed get it back as a contact completed with their phone numbers, email and web address.
LinkedIn- Professional social networking with a cool feature that alows you to immediatly connect via Bluetooth, with other members in close proximity (like in meetups, confrences & seminars).
Twitter- Basic yet effective App to keep your followers up to date with what’s happening with you.

My Social Media and Productivity Apps
HootSuite Lite- Keep tabs and update multiple social media accounts like Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn from one App. Syncs with your browser based HootSuite account.
Mailchimp- How good was your last newsletter? View open and click rates, add contacts and check out your latest activity.
WordPress – What I’m using now to write this post. Basic, not very user friendly but does the job. Never miss an opportunity to blog when out and about.
tumblr – Very cool blogging platform and a great App. Post all sorts: Text, photos, audio, quotes or start a chat.

PicPosterous – Posterous is a fantastic blogging platform that allows you to blog everything via email. Since I don’t use email on my phone I use PicPosterous to post interesting photos.
Yellow – Fast, ad free and uses your current location to find phone numbers and direct you to businesses in your immediate area. Incorporates White Pages.
Evernote - Your online notebook on steroids. Scans your images for text then allows you to search for that text. Plus many more useful note taking features. Brilliant. May be the intermediate answer to the Appraisal App.

Evernote
Convert Units - Just in case a buyer from the USA asks you what size is the bungalow you’re selling…in square feet.

Convert Units
TaskTask - Add tasks on the go, set reminders and sync with your Microsoft Outlook account.
Y! Search – Yahoo’s search App. I use it to check how well our blogs, listings and websites are ranking.
SearchTrends – Keep on top of what’s hot across the Google, Yahoo, bing and twitter search sphere. Great App for finding subjects to blog about and generally stay in the know.
