The Legacy of Greed

Today I helped a friend move into a circa 1990′s three level terraced townhouse.

We quickly found out these units were not designed for easy move in/out even though the transient lifestyle of their dwellers.

For lack of better solutions the movers had to avoid the narrow corridors and pass bigger items directly from the truck through the balcony.

The original developer’s vision must have been “let’s cram as many units as we can into this section so we make as much money as possible”. Continue reading
