How To Share Your Blog Posts On Social Media Sites: Add Facebook Like and Tweet Button

Social Media is the best way to reach a large audience for zero to no cost.
Make sure your blog posts have social media sharing buttons to make it easy for your readers to share your gems.

One of the easiest ways I found, with thanks to David Leggott, is to use Get Social Live!, a free web application that provides a free Social bookmarking button for WordPress blogs.

Here’s how:

1. Write  and publish your post.
2. Open Get Social Live on a new tab or window.
3. Paste your post title in the top box.
4. Paste your Permalink underneath (the Permalink for this post for example is ).
5. Choose the buttons and layout you like (Google Buzz, Twitter, Facebook Like or just text links as I’ve used in this post).
6. Hit the GetSocial button.
7. Copy the HTML code.
8. Go back to edit your post, click the HTML tab and paste the code at the bottom of your post.
9. Click update post.

Your post is now ready to be easily shared on various Social networks.
