Background: This house was relocated to the site years ago and was owned by an investor. It was tidy and well presented yet looked vacant and stark as it was vacant.

Approach: We staged the property to make it look homely and inviting, this was crucial as we were marketing in the winter and showing the home in the dark evenings. we priced that property at $509,000 using a classic for sale campaign with advertising online and in the New Zealand Herald classifieds.

Result:We had a good response to the campaign and sold the home within two weeks to a young couple who viewed it at night and bought it on the spot.

Sale Price:o $502,000.
