People Always Talk About Reputation

The other evening I was walking down Hakanoa street in Grey Lynn, on my way home after visiting the West Lynn shops.

I picked up a real estate flyer off the sidewalk. It advertised a new agent and  read  “We are not relying on a reputation, we’re building one”.

What a load of rubbish. It implies that established agents do nothing but use their reputation to list and sell houses.

Even as an established agent, every word I say and every action I make builds my reputation. Every day. Every Minute.

Find another unique selling proposition my rookie friend. The one you are using doesn’t stack up.
