Floor plans, are they essential?

Sometimes you deal with buyers who can’t physically view the property you are marketing.

In this case an Ex-State house in Waterview, since they live overseas like in the case below.

Having floor plans made for the property by Jim Janse from Panoview made my life easier and my buyer very happy:

Message from prospect:

I am interested in this property. I am living in Sydney and would be renting it out. The rent seems quite low. Is one of the bedrooms a single? Helen

Agent’s reply:

Thank you for your email

2 bedroom are suitable for a double bed while the other two would better suite a single bed
