Auckland City LIM Report Fee Increases (but why?)
From the first of July the cost of an Auckland City LIM report (land information memorandum) will increase to $340 for an urgent LIM and $260 for a none urgent one.
Although this increase of $10 and $5 respectively is a small one I wonder what warranted it.
Why should, what I believe to be a computer generated document, cost that much?
I don’t recall seeing any improvement of any kind in LIM reports’ quality or presentation.
Maybe Auckland City increases the price just because they can?

I guess that the extra charge by the monopoly could be put towards a big party just before the Super City takes over Auckland City Council!
